We're a pioneering mobile app company that's revolutionizing the industry with our innovative approach to product development and growth. Our mission is to propel iOS and Android applications to new heights, and we're looking for a talented General Manager (VP of Product & Growth) to join our team.

As a General Manager at BlueThrone, you'll be responsible for leading our product development efforts, driving growth and innovation, and ensuring the success of our mobile app platform. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute a strategy that aligns with our long-term vision, and you'll be responsible for communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company.

The Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a track record of delivering successful product initiatives from ideation to launch. You'll need to have a deep understanding of the consumer tech space, a passion for building great products for users, and a strong business acumen to drive both product and organizational growth.

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategy to create differentiated and defensible product offerings that align with our long-term vision
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive product development and growth
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Managing and optimizing marketing funnels and acquisition pipelines
  • Driving innovation and execution to validate, prototype, and push forward new ideas and concepts
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in product development and growth. You'll need to have:

  • Extensive experience in shipping successful B2C mobile products in a fast-growing company
  • A passion for building great products for users while understanding what makes a product succeed commercially
  • Strong business acumen to drive both product and organizational growth
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize both marketing funnels and acquisition pipelines
