We are seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost savings, and quality enhancements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions to production.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership positions, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong understanding of production management, quality control, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
