At Dynatrace, we're on a mission to make the world's software work perfectly. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by building and implementing an effective sales pipeline strategy.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving new logo acquisitions and building sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations.
  • Being creative and strategic with your sales approach by using all tools available (Sales Nav, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Building sales pipeline through qualifying inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars.
  • Gathering sales intelligence around customers' situation, needs, issues, and decision process.
  • Ensuring quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within Salesforce.

We're looking for someone with prior experience of Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment. You'll need to be able to think strategically and adapt your sales approach to various prospects. Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential. Fluency in English and French is a must.
