Job OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our expanding sales team in Paris. As a key member of our outbound strategy, you will identify and generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to define and prioritize prospecting strategies.
- Target strategic accounts matching our market requirements.
- Create multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, social media, video, events).
- Qualify leads and prepare the ground for Account Executives by gathering relevant information.
- Understand prospects' challenges to establish trust and set up product demo meetings.
- Recent graduate in a relevant field or previous experience in Business Development.
- Well-organized and self-motivated positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial eagerness.
- Fluent in French.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at €50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
- Opportunity to work from anywhere for 4 weeks/year.
- €1000 training budget per year.
- €400 travel budget to visit colleagues in Amsterdam.
- €200 home office setup budget.
