Strategic Partnership Development Manager

As the key liaison between Sales, Technical Consulting, and Marketing, you will manage and support our partners, from recruitment and training to ongoing collaboration and technical assistance. Your passion for sales and technical solutions will thrive in our fast-paced, innovative environment.
The Work You Will Do:
Sales Focus:
- Recruit new partners through contracts, sales training, and technical training.
- Nurture partners with regular communication and support for prospects and leads, follow-ups on active contracts, and technical assistance.
- Assist partners in generating quotes and conducting monthly bill runs with Finance.
In Collaboration with Technical Consulting:
- Be an expert on all NFON solutions.
- Provide technical support to partners for PBX configuration, hardware support for desk phones, DECT, headsets, and premium solutions.
- Assist customers with configuration and partially manage Level 1 technical support.
Together with Field Marketing:
- Implement projects such as creating newsletters and communications to partners and managing sales challenges.
- Conduct webinars to improve partners' skills on all products.
- Manage marketing funds and leads.
Regulatory:
- Interface with ARCEP/APNF for France and IBTF for Belgium.
- Background in Sales, Technical, or Engineering with a degree in business connected to IT or telecommunications, and over 3 years of experience in a similar position and project management.
- Professional English skills required for international work.
- Knowledge of UCaaS, IP, and VoIP connectivity, SIP Trunking, Hosted IP telephony solutions, and CloudPBX solutions.
- Proactive and curious mindset with innovative solution proposals to customers.
- Responsiveness and proactivity to detect solutions where others see obstacles.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a subsidiary's development and a strong sense of teaching.
- Proficiency in project management tools, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong editorial skills.
