Nordic Rates Sales Director

Our client, a leading European Investment Bank, is seeking a seasoned Rates Sales professional to lead their growing Rates Sales team in Paris. This role offers the opportunity to develop the team while driving business as a producer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and building new client relationships with Institutional Clients across the Nordics.
- Working with management to continue the development of their growing Paris business.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, with a focus on Flow Rates Sales or Rates Solutions Sales.
- An existing network of institutional clients in the Nordics, such as Hedge Funds, Asset Managers or Pension Funds.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships, particularly institutional clients.
- Fluency in English, with any other European languages a plus.
