Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Colisée, a leading provider of senior care and services. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents and staff in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Participate in menu planning and preparation, taking into account resident preferences and dietary needs.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, preferably in a collective dining environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
