We are expanding our presence in France and seeking an accomplished leader to drive our growth strategy. As the Market Development Director for France, you will oversee all commercial, operational, and marketplace activities while ensuring alignment with our global business objectives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in general management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of leading successful sales and business development teams within a marketplace or similar industry
- Experience in building and scaling marketplaces with a focus on both merchant and consumer sides of the business
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and French
- A deep understanding of the French market and ability to leverage partnerships
- Exceptional P&L management, business strategy, and operational excellence skills

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 based on industry standards and location.
