We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
