Strategic Account Manager - Heavy and Bulky

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven and customer-oriented Strategic Account Manager to lead the development of the Heavy and Bulky program in France, and through a key strategic European project, the development of universal delivery services for Heavy and Bulky selection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key sellers and participate in projects to increase selection, traffic and revenue growth
  • Coordinate Account Manager effort to drive Seller adoption of the Heavy Bulky product suite
  • Run Marketplace annual and quarterly planning, as well as weekly and quarterly reporting
Requirements:
  • Top-tier business or engineering school degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management or business management
  • Senior client relationship skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
