Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Account Partner to join our team, representing the Vault Development Cloud for European Contract Research Organisations (CROs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, enterprise software sales cycles, and a passion for driving market changes with innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities- Generate opportunities and win business with CRO customers and prospects
- Manage strategic relationships with CRO customers and prospects
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- 5+ years of combined experience in SaaS sales, account management, and/or consulting, with a focus on life sciences companies
- Proven track record of account management, servicing CROs, or working for CROs
- Strong understanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, and PV
- Business-level fluency in English
