O&M Contract Manager

Iberdrola is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Offshore Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the tender, negotiation, and management of contracts within our O&M Offshore business.
You will work closely with teams from Construction, Operations, Legal, Insurance, Financial, and Group Purchasing to ensure contracts are procured and managed effectively. This includes defining contracting strategies and plans, tendering, negotiating, and managing multi-million offshore Service contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting site and technical teams with contract negotiation and management
- Facilitating contractual and commercial implementation of contracts, including reporting and other contractual deliverables
- Developing mitigation strategies in line with contract terms and advising on key commercial risks
- Negotiating claims and variations with contractors
- Ensuring SPR best practices and processes are implemented and applied in contract management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree and professional qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Contract Management, or a commercially oriented qualification. You will also have experience in commercial and contractual aspects of engineering, warranty claims and negotiations, and proven ability to manage the negotiation of multiple contracts in competing timescales.
Fluency in French is required, and postgraduate experience in the industry with significant experience in Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
