Product Development Assistant

Join our team at Coty and take on the exciting challenge of participating in the launch of new products and the operational implementation of marketing plans.

As a Product Development Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the launch of new brand products
  • Preparing and following up on briefs (product – formula & pack, design, communication, merchandising, ...)
  • Analyzing the competition (offer, formula, claims, etc.)
  • Participating in product development with R&D teams (evaluation of formulas and packs, preparation of tests, etc.)
  • Operational monitoring of the launch
  • Preparing country presentations/samples
  • Developing POS elements and communication charters in conjunction with the internal design studio
  • Analyzing the market and trends
  • Advertising and editorial freelance, news watch
  • Analyzing competition panels
  • Participating in the organization of presentation seminars (marketing plan, international convention) and in the development of online Brand Reviews

Requirements

We are looking for someone creative, curious who wants to be part of an exciting repositioning of the brand.

Requirements

Business / Design school or postgraduate student in Business /Marketing.

You have preliminary experiences in Global Marketing for Luxury Fragrance, Make Up or Skincare.

You are sensitive to the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector.

You have a strong analytical mind and a creative sensitivity.

You are organized and rigorous. You have a sense of service and great interpersonal skills.

You know how to prioritize and juggle between different files.

You have excellent knowledge of the MS Office IT environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

You are fluent in professional English (and French)
