Position Overview:

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Senior Compliance and Human Rights Analyst (f/m) to enhance our Export Control Program team.

As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to the development of the Airbus Helicopters (AH) Export Control Compliance Program, collaborating closely with the AH Export Control operational team. Your role will involve working in conjunction with various AH Business Functions (Sales, Support & Services, Procurement, etc.) to facilitate their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with Screening, Sanctions, and Human Rights regulations, as well as Airbus policies.
  • Monitoring the implications of Screening, Sanctions, and Human Rights regulations on business operations.
  • Supporting the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Supplier (KYS) processes, including the screening of companies and individuals.
  • Conducting Sanctions and Human Rights assessments using the Airbus screening tool, identifying alerts, and addressing them in accordance with Airbus policies.
  • Reviewing transactions involving Export Control and Human Rights sanctioned entities in line with Airbus directives.
  • Collaborating closely with the Export Control Program Office Screening and Sanctions Team to ensure compliance and address any business concerns.
  • Providing legal guidance on contract language and negotiations.
  • Delivering training on Screening, Sanctions, and Human Rights to business functions as per the training strategy.
  • Implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on activities.

Your role will also involve contributing to specific action plans aimed at enhancing AH Sanctions and Human Rights compliance, along with project management office tasks as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Legal or Export Control.
  • Legal background with expertise in sanctions and export control requirements.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, and national sanctions and export control regulations.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
