Account Director - Europe

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our relationships with existing large clients in Europe, including banks, MTOs, PSPs, wallets, and fintechs. Your primary focus will be on forming deep relationships with these key accounts and providing a world-class customer experience to drive revenue growth through cross and up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Drive revenue growth within accounts through cross and up-sell opportunities
  • Act as a trusted partner to ensure account retention, contractual health, and maximum satisfaction of clients
  • Ensure best-in-class partner management rooted in KPIs
  • Provide timely feedback to leadership on performance, sales activity, and ongoing strategy
Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with financial institutions and enterprise clients in the UK and Europe
  • Operationally focused with the ability to methodically grow a live account, coordinating internal teams using planning, metrics, and organizational structures
  • Evidence of expertise in CSM (customer success management) with a metric-driven, rigorous, and programmatic framework approach
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including compliance, legal, solutions delivery, treasury, and finance
  • Ideal candidate is bi-lingual in English and at least one European language, with advanced business-level communication skills
