Job Description:As a deboner/deboner assistant, you will be responsible for performing second-stage meat processing tasks, including:
- Utilizing an eviscerator to remove fine fat from pork pieces.
- Respecting quality objectives, hygiene, safety, and traceability rules.
- Performing simple handling and packaging operations.
