CONVO, expert en recrutement de profils Tech & Business dans le domaine de la cybersécurité, recherche un Business Manager pour rejoindre ses équipes commerciales.

Responsabilités
  • Développement commercial :
    • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels
    • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les décideurs clés au sein des entreprises cibles.
    • Comprendre les enjeux métier des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure répondant à leurs besoins.
  • Gestion de compte :
    • Assurer le suivi des comptes clients existants et renforcer la relation client en proposant des solutions adaptées
    • Négocier les contrats et les conditions commerciales dans le respect des objectifs de rentabilité de l'entreprise.
    • Être le garant de la satisfaction client en assurant un suivi régulier des projets et en anticipant les éventuels problèmes.
  • Management des équipes :
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et les consultants pour définir les solutions les plus pertinentes et assurer leur mise en œuvre réussie.
    • Veiller à la bonne coordination des différentes parties prenantes tout au long du cycle de vente et de réalisation des projets.
  • Veille concurrentielle :
    • Effectuer une veille constante sur le marché de l'informatique et des technologies de l'information afin d'identifier les tendances, les opportunités et les menaces éventuelles.
    • Analyser les offres concurrentes et proposer des axes d'amélioration pour renforcer notre positionnement sur le marché.
  • Recrutement
    • Participer activement au processus de recrutement des consultants IT en identifiant les besoins en compétences en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et le département RH.
    • Sélectionner les candidats sur la base de leurs compétences techniques et de leur adéquation avec la culture de l'entreprise.
    • Assurer un suivi de qualité avec les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement, de l'entretien initial à l'intégration dans l'entreprise.
