About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our inclusive insurance strategy in one of AXA's European markets. As an Entity Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Group's global strategy and driving business growth through innovative partnerships and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-defining the local strategy with local AXA teams and leadership
  • Identifying and vetting talent to create/reinforce local inclusive insurance teams
  • Determining priority segments and researching their needs, with a focus on micro-entrepreneurs
  • Developing/redesigning products to match customers' needs through inclusive criteria
  • Ensuring operations, IT, and other enablers are in place with the support of the central team's IT/Ops/data team
  • Identifying business opportunities and driving commercial development through B2B2C partnerships and traditional channels
  • Steering thought leadership projects and impact studies, as well as positioning AXA in policy debates around financial inclusion
  • Ensuring replication of successes and sharing learnings from failures with other AXA entities
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience in a multinational insurance company, preferably in strategic development, partnerships, or product innovation roles
  • Ability to be autonomous, take initiatives, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mind and mindset, with a real desire to challenge the way insurance is traditionally conducted
  • Team player with both tact and expertise to break silos between teams and navigate competing interests
  • Strong organization, presentation, and conviction skills to build trusted relationships and achieve objectives with C-Suite leaders
  • Fluency in English and French, with other languages a plus
