Pricing Specialist

Eiffage, a leading construction company, is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join its team. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses of project risks, identifying technical and SQE requirements, and developing cost estimates for bid preparation.

• Prior to winning the business project: Conduct risk assessments, review studies and contracts, identify technical and SQE requirements, develop alternative solutions, establish internal cost estimates, and prepare bids.
• Subsequent to winning the business project: Establish provisional schedules, resource allocation, draft technical briefs, and prepare financial documents for wrap-up meetings.

• Required Education: 2-5 years' higher education in building, civil engineering, or construction economics.
• Required Experience: Junior engineer or minimum 5 years' experience as a price studies technician; works-related experience appreciated.

€45,000 - €65,000 per annum based on location and experience.
