Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled International Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to define their technical integration processes and flows.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in workshops with our clients to help them design interfaces requirements and document them in technical specifications
  • Configuring interfaces from a technical perspective and documenting infrastructure and systems configuration
  • Helping customers and business analysts during testing phases to validate technical systems integration
  • Accompanying customer teams along their learning journey through trainings and change management
  • Participating in various project types, including new implementations, international deployments, business and technical support, etc.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in IT or engineering
  • At least 3+ years of experience in technical integration roles, ideally using technologies such as ETL, API platforms, data lake storage, ERP systems, and APS
