About the Role
You will be part of a consulting or implementation team supporting IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Your responsibilities will include conducting business analysis, defining functional requirements, testing solutions, and working closely with software developers and IT architects.
About the Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business or system analyst or tester. You should be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems. Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work with external clients from the financial sector in a professional environment.
About the Wishes
Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance, are welcome. Team leadership skills and management experience are also valued, as well as additional languages. If you are willing to travel up to 50% of your work time, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
