About the Role

The Commercial Enablement Manager plays a crucial role within the European Pricing and Commercial analytics organization. This position reports to the Pricing and Revenue Manager of the region and is focused on driving activation and compliance of the global way of working within regional commercial organizations.

  • To work closely with Business System Specialists to ensure regional demands are captured and addressed.
  • Drive activation and compliance of global way of working, ensuring consistency across all countries.
  • Drive return on investment of agreed initiatives through effective usage rates and process efficiency achievement.
  • Drive change management within the RMT and region, focusing on stop/change activation.
  • Contribute to business systems roadmap planning and development.
  • Secure competency development and management for all regional users.
  • Be proficient in global business processes and systems, supporting the local organization.

Who You Are

  • High commercial awareness and a high level of commercial experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build business relationships at many levels.
  • University degree and proficient in English. Other European languages will be a plus.
  • Able to drive change and results-oriented, with a focus on process efficiency.
