CAST is the world leader in software intelligence, selling directly and through formidable go-to-market partners. We seek an experienced Channel Sales Leader to drive CAST's business growth across EMEA with our advisory partners.

 

About the Role

This full-time on-site position is located in Europe, preferably in London or Paris area, France. As Channel Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including Big4, BCG, and GSIs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.

 

Requirements

  • Type A personality with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 15+ years of high-impact experience in software sales, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key partners and growing business rapidly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

 

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
