Poste de Commercial Director

À l'olome, nous sommes convaincus que la technologie peut transformer l'industrie et la construction. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Commercial Director qui partagera notre ambition et contribuera à notre croissance en Europe et en Amérique du Nord.

Responsabilités
  • Développer la stratégie commerciale pour les marchés de l'industrie en France et à l'étranger.
  • Déployer la stratégie commerciale sur les segments cibles avec le soutien de l'équipe commerciale (SDR, BD et CSM).
  • Approcher les clients, animer des démos à distance et/ou en présentiel.
  • Prospecter ou animer sur des salons métiers.
  • Clôturer des deals.
  • Suivre la relation client avec le soutien des Customer Success.
  • Délivrer les objectifs établis avec le management pour atteindre les cibles de croissance.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience prouvée dans la vente SaaS en B to B.
  • Expérience prouvée dans l'industrie.
  • Excellente connaissance de l'environnement numérique et technique.
  • Volonté d'animer des équipes projets ou commerciales.
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives et esprit entrepreneurial.
  • Formation Bac+4/5 ou équivalent et 3-5 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire.
  • Connaissance des outils CRM du type Salesforce ou Hubspot.
  • Niveau C1/C2 en anglais et connaissance du vocabulaire professionnel anglais. Autre langue (espagnol ou allemand) un plus.
