Automotive Business Development Manager

As a Key Account Manager at A2MAC1, you will be responsible for providing benchmarking intelligence platforms, services, and content to assigned OEMs and/or Suppliers. Your primary goal will be to increase A2MAC1 recognition and revenue growth on a mid- and long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales process focused on long-term partnerships with new and existing customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company goals.
- Understand customer needs and explain how A2MAC1 product features meet those needs and show the added value of A2MAC1.
- Responsible for relationships and ongoing interactions with customer contacts both internally and externally, using creativity and tools to remove customer obstacles.
- Study the automotive market and monitor OEM sales volume, learn the profit status of leading domestic and global component manufacturers, explore potential customers, and increase sales to existing customers.
- Anticipate customer needs, feedback, and objections and shape customer value perceptions, build relationships with key decision-makers, use a high level of tact and diplomacy, and conduct complex negotiations.
- Promote Value Proposal to customers in collaboration with Engagement Managers, Technical Account Managers, Product Managers, and other relevant teams.
- Good performance in signing sales contracts, executing, and managing, and coordinating the resolution of pre-sales, sales, customer service, and other issues.
- In collaboration with internal services, ensure end-to-end contract relationships with customers from RFI to Cash Collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of minimum experience in Sales or Customer Services in the Automobile industry.
- Fluent English written and oral.
- Understanding and knowledge of technologies related to Company Automobile Products will be a plus.
