We are seeking an experienced ITSM expert with a strong focus on OutSystems to join our team as a Solution Architect. As a key member of our OutSystems micro-enterprise, you will be responsible for building and developing our OutSystems offer, providing expertise to customers, and designing and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Advise customers on OutSystems and share expertise to drive business growth
- Support the sales team in developing the business, defining and pitching use cases, and understanding customer needs
- Ensure the quality and maintainability of solutions, leading workshops, and acting as a Tech Lead for OutSystems-related projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for customers and internal purposes
- Collaborate with other architects and consultants from Fujitsu at the EMEIA level

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor or University degree in a relevant field and 5-10 years of experience working with ITSM tools as an Architect, including a minimum of 5 years working on OutSystems. You should have strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, develop a confidence climate, and convince others.
