Job Description

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Respiratory Sales Manager - Western Region to lead the sales team within a specific geographical region according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team in a designated area through appropriate leadership.
  • Sharing best practices by identifying the most effective methodologies and sharing these insights with the Sales Specialist team.
  • Providing input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team member.
  • Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.

Requirements:

  • Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in French and conversational English.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences.
