Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager for Healthcare Warehousing and Distribution

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our UPS Healthcare team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our Warehousing and Distribution services in France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and agree commercial terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in logistics, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the healthcare logistics market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and French language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
