Regional Sales Strategist

Your Role
As a key member of the MOBOTIX AG team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Global Sales Strategy at a regional level. This involves effective business planning and revenue target achievement through close co-operation with Business Development Managers and Technical Project Engineers in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Technical Project Engineers to identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.
- Manage and develop new customers, as well as support and grow existing ones, through targeted channel management.
- Discuss and define relevant business development activities with MOBOTIX partners.
- Process orders and communicate stock levels and lead times to customers.
- Provide pre-sales support for MOBOTIX products in the region.
- Manage leads, including follow-up from events, exhibitions, and training courses.
- Participate in exhibitions or other sales-related events.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field.
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
- Experience in technical sales and channel management.
- General IT knowledge, an interest in IP technology, and a quick learner.
- High level of business and customer orientation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and perseverant with an acute awareness of deadlines, costs, and figures.
- Very good English speaking and writing skills.
- Very good French speaking and writing skills.
