Senior Account Manager – Life Sciences

About the Role

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Life Sciences clients in France. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to consult, design, and deliver digital innovation and transformation solutions. Your expertise in the Health and Life Sciences industry will be invaluable in shaping product vision and driving commercial management, new business identification, and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the HLS space, providing advice on the latest technology trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across various areas.
  • Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help close new deals.
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase.
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges in the sectors, markets, and geographies in which our clients operate.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels and external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our Life Sciences portfolios.
  • Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals, including revenue and profit targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable broad and deep expertise in Health and Life Sciences clients.
  • Deep industry experience in trend-setting, digital, and innovative technology-focused leadership positions or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
  • Willingness to lead people and recruit your own team.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Seasoned presentation skills.
  • Gravitas and personal credibility with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success in effectively managing client consulting engagements in fast-paced environments.
  • Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and advocate for diversity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
