Job Description

The Sales Manager EMEA is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing product presence in the EMEA market through in-depth market knowledge and close customer follow-up and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster strong business relationships with key accounts in EU and APAC countries to achieve business plans and grow sales and profit.
  • Be the first point-of-contact for market knowledge and competitive information to ensure sound sales plans and business cases for existing and potential products.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and other functions to drive sales with direct field support, effective marketing communication tools, training, technical service, and product trials.
  • Work with Supply Chain to support the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process and ensure continuity of supply to customers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in agriculture and/or business.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, Italian, and French are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in direct customer contact in an international B2B environment.
