As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts. Your primary objective will be to ensure account renewal, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Ensure the renewal of existing contracts and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Monitor and analyze account performance and develop strategies for growth
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. If you possess excellent client relationship management skills, experience with CRM tools, and proficiency in both English and French, we encourage you to apply.
