Global Product Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Product Ambassador, you will be responsible for improving product knowledge, storytelling, and selling skills of our sales team and our Distributors/retail partners. This will enhance the brand and shopping experience of our end consumer.
Key Accountabilities:
- Understand in-depth the priorities of the Export department and our resellers.
- Co-construct, adapt, and deploy training content to evangelize and train the Export team and our resellers to match Export KPIs.
- Stay at the forefront of launching new products, changes in range or standards, and new resources made available to enable excellent deployment of any major change.
- Contribute to the overall design of the content of digital resources and training materials to ensure they are creative, educational, and adapted to many distributors.
- Connect with relevant stakeholders within Products and Marketing.
- Join product trainings in Helmond to keep yourself up to date.
- Work closely with other Product Trainers in our European Sales Organization, sharing best practices.
- Organize and deliver (product) training sessions mostly remotely for Export distributors and the sales team.
- Occasionally join the Export Manager on visits to key distributors to organize training sessions with the sales team.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions at trade or consumer fairs.
- Identify, train, and constitute a group of brand ambassadors within key distributors to provide them with attention and a personalized program, with regular coaching from our experts.
- Deploy the digital learning strategy by supporting distributors in running the application.
