At Commify, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses communicate with their customers. As an Outbound New Business & Partners Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth by proactively contacting B2B prospects to sell our market-leading business messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact B2B prospects to sell our messaging solutions and Meta tools
  • Manage a portfolio of Commify partners and resellers, upselling them to acquire new business customers in their network
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales key performance indicators, including daily customer contacts, converted customer conversations, closed sales, revenue, and GP performance
  • Qualify and understand all opportunities effectively, identifying potential sales and upsell opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer buying process and value-based selling to overcome objections and close deals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in an outbound new business acquisition role, with a strong background in proactive sales
  • Successful experience in account management, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
  • High levels of resilience, determination, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on outbound sales activity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build trust
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business messaging solutions and the ability to articulate their value to customers
