As an Acquisition Business Analyst at Qonto, you will play a key role in enabling our growth teams to scale efficiently. You will work closely with our Acquisition team and data and finance ones to join a team of 4 analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build analytical and planning tools to facilitate the definition of a strong plan and strategy from all acquisition teams, including Marketing, SEO, Paid search, Push Ads, and Referral.
- Enable an efficient performance monitoring for every performance channel through an optimized tracking strategy, continuous improvement of data visualization, and adoption of best standards on performance rituals.
- Define the performance monitoring standards within the Growth Planning and Steering team.
- Find actionable root causes of problems we may face through a comprehensive performance analysis and follow an action plan until we get results.
About You
- You have a powerful analytical mindset and can handle a wide variety and volume of data. SQL and/or knowledge of marketing tools is a plus.
- You can build models easy-to-use out of complex questions at Qonto, we use GSheet, and Anaplan is a plus.
- You are a great team player and are at ease interacting and working with senior stakeholders, growth, and country directors to deliver actions and results.
- You have experience dealing with online acquisition and develop a wise business sense.
