About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Research Analyst to join our team at Oracle Life Sciences. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of healthcare research studies, from set up to final report and presentation to end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the full management of healthcare research studies, from set up to final report and presentation to end clients;
- Perform data quality checks to verify accuracy;
- Discuss report design and analysis axes with Project team and be in charge of the design of report template and the final report;
- Interact with Data processing suppliers to ascertain analysis required for the clients are fully implemented and accurate;
- Commit to enhancing skills and knowledge and seeks to expand level of responsibilities;
- Possess a strong ability to organize self-planning, to multitasking and ability to work with different teams;
- Ease with Microsoft pack (Excel, PPT);
- Interest in data/numbers/figures;
- Inquisitive minded, meticulous, conscientious, and committed to client service and research excellence;
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a master's program; preferably in Sciences, Biology studies, Statistics/Applied statistics, economics, pharmacy degree or any scientific academic background;
- A knowledge of statistical and data management/analysis software (SAS, R, PYTHON ) will be a plus;
- Fluency in English C1 minimum;
- Works with project team to analyze findings to meet client needs;
- Team player;
- Any experience or significant interest towards the healthcare sector or pharma industry would be a plus;
