Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's economic and financial strategy. Your primary objective will be to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the company's economic indicators, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
You will be responsible for supporting and advising operational staff, providing training and raising awareness of the challenges to be met. Additionally, you will deploy global projects to optimize UnitySC's performance, manage the monthly performance of the business through financial and operational indicators, and steer continuous improvement plans.
Furthermore, you will implement the changes needed to achieve the Group's competitiveness objectives and within the Finance function, ensuring that the ERP is used correctly. You will also contribute to the preparation of financial analyses of projects and investments, manage the budget process, and manage the establishment's forecast.
Your ProfileWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business, finance, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial management control, acquired in a similar environment (industrial SME/ETI). Proficiency in one or more ERP systems is essential, with knowledge of Aprodix and Power BI being highly appreciated.
You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges, as well as fluency in English. As a change agent, you should be able to challenge established practices and create buy-in. Successful experience in Financial Controller functions is highly desirable.
