About the Role:

Coface, a leader in trade credit insurance and risk management, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our sales pipeline and support our growth on the French Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Quickly respond to and qualify marketing-generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Understand and Analyze Potential Clients' Needs: Align potential clients' needs with our solutions and schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on upper mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Experience in SaaS business is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to relationship-building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales enablement or prospecting applications.
