We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Acquisition to drive our growth strategy across multiple European markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale acquisition strategies, leveraging digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership.
- Manage the acquisition budget, allocating media planning spend in a performance and data-driven mindset to achieve business goals.
- Drive team performance and innovation, leveraging your leadership and operational acumen to grow customer acquisition metrics and market penetration.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Country Managing Directors to support them with your teams and expertise in building relevant GTM strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement, staying committed to innovation and strategic market analysis, using data insights and industry trends to keep our acquisition strategies competitive.
- Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale acquisition strategies across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership.
- Deep knowledge of digital acquisition methodologies and media management, online and offline media planning, and a strong expertise in driving conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics to effectively utilize data insights and continually refine acquisition tactics.
