Job Description

A dynamic opportunity awaits an experienced Senior Designer to lead a range of projects for the renowned marketplace, eBay. Collaborating closely with our Personalised Content team, you will create emotive and conversion-focused ideas that drive business growth.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee a broad spectrum of small and large-scale projects, from conception to delivery. Your expertise in design will be pivotal in developing high-quality work that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to ensure their growth and success.
  • Work on briefs from start to finish, applying your creative vision and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute innovative ideas at creative briefs, driving project forward-thinking and results-driven solutions.
  • Create exceptional design work that contributes to client business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and marketing trends, integrating new knowledge into your practice.
  • Take ownership of flawless design output, ensuring timely delivery and meeting scheduled deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • Digital design experience on industry-standard frameworks like Figma.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent eye for layout, skilled in typesetting and retouching.
  • A strong team player who supports colleagues and fosters a collaborative environment.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • A desire to continuously develop new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.

  • An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
