Data Coordinator for Talent and Culture Systems

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze statistical reports for monthly and bi-annual periods, including annual HR data metrics and monthly data collection for Global Hotels and Corporate Offices.
  • Assist with the annual INES billing process for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts & Raffles.
  • Develop and deploy commercial offers to implement talent systems in new hotels.
  • Lead the deployment of system upgrades, educational sessions, training resources, and user communication.
  • Prepare the field for system upgrades and changes to ensure organizational readiness.
  • Educate the field on system functionality to maximize system use.
  • Lead a community of subject matter experts to ensure expertise in the field.
  • Manage key talent reports that inform overall talent programs and processes.
  • Participate in global system calls to understand and support the field.
  • Manage the system support inbox and troubleshoot system issues with ticket management through Freshdesk.
  • Liaise with Accor Systems Product owners and troubleshooting support.
  • Manage key integrations including system design and configuration.
  • Support Talent Program systems in the discipline of Talent management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development management systems.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for future system implementation and roll-out.
  • Assist with Orientation and facilitating employee learning sessions for HRIS/Payroll systems.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry an asset.
  • Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce, Success Factors, Oracle, Smart Recruiters) is an asset.
