We seek a Technical Data Steward for Firmographics data to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data assets.
Responsibilities- Data Governance: Develop and maintain data standards and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Create Data Standards: Establish and enforce data standards across the organization.
- Coordinate Data Teams: Work with Data Researchers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to drive project goals.
- Document Changes: Ensure timely documentation and processing of data changes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers: Translate requirements into project objectives and execution plans.
- Monitor Data Value: Assess organizational data for value, potential, and risk.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor results, define process areas for reviews, and conduct benchmarking activities.
- ~5+ years of experience in data management or data analysis.
- ~2+ years of experience in project management in data-oriented projects.
- Hands-on experience with relevant management applications, such as Jira, Asana, etc.
- Technical skills in data analysis and data science are welcome but not necessary.
- Strong skills in project management, preferably in data-related projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
