Are you a seasoned business professional with a passion for leadership? We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to oversee our owner accounts in Paris.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading our owner accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels through prioritized handling and continuous process improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving complex claims and contract-related issues while ensuring compliance and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead owner accounts to achieve high satisfaction levels
  • Resolve complex claims and contract-related issues
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the French property market is a plus
  • Able to work effectively in an international and hybrid team environment
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience
