With a 10-million-euro manufacturing facility in Kaunas, we're set to produce 40,000 items daily. About the PositionThe Creative Director at BURGA is a key role that requires leading our visual and communications strategy, orchestrating a symphony across all channels, and ensuring our brand voice remains unmistakably BURGA. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 11+ people, managing resources, creating processes, and improving workflows.
- Develop and oversee our brand book, brand guidelines, brand positioning, tone of voice, and other communication guidelines.
- Ensure brand alignment across all departments, maintaining consistency in our brand's visual appearance and written communication.
- Lead visual and communications strategy for BURGA marketing campaigns, including new collections, products, sales, viral stunts, and future store/pop-up launches.
- Create marketing cross-team processes with the Social Media, Influencer, PR, and Growth teams to help them with visual and written communication.
- Lead product design strategy, working with the product development team to shape the design of our future products.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or similar managerial role.
- At least 10 years of experience in creative roles, with some in e-commerce/B2C brands.
- Expert knowledge in graphic design, content production, and copywriting/communications.
- Extreme passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and effectively lead projects and tackle challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
