Role Description & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled User Advocacy Marketing Storyteller to join our dynamic ENOVIA User Advocacy Marketing team. Our mission is to deliver customer stories and references that inspire and engage our audience. As a storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in championing the ENOVIA brand by capturing and publishing compelling user success stories that showcase how our customers are using ENOVIA to drive innovation and collaboration.

In this role, you will drive the creation and publication of memorable ENOVIA user and customer stories, leveraging your expertise in storytelling to shape the brand's narrative and foster meaningful connections with our audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop storyboards, create engaging content, and identify opportunities to amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases ENOVIA customer success stories and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create compelling storyboards and visual content.
  • Write and edit engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and video scripts.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling.
  • Work closely with sales leaders, offer marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of creative writing experience, ideally in a B2B customer marketing environment.
  • A passionate storyteller with proven success as a communicator and content creator.
  • Experience building customer relationships and capturing their success stories in video and written format.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-moving team in a rapidly growing company.
  • Excellent English written communication and storytelling skills; strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative work style and ability to earn trust with senior leaders.
  • Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with all levels and departments within an organization.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Adept at, and open to, learning new software tools and platforms (3DEXPERIENCE platform, ENOVIA Project Planning, ChatGPT).
  • Experience with video capture/editing tools such as CANVA, Camtasia, Adobe.
  • Ability to travel to customer filming and meetings as necessary.
