Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at IFS. As an Aerospace Sales Professional, you will be responsible for growing and consolidating our A&D business across France.

You will work closely with our Global Aerospace & Defence team and the local South Europe Market Unit to achieve sales targets and develop strategic relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex business software sales, with a proven track record of success in C-level sales with major clients. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow and consolidate our A&D business across France
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the A&D market
  • Work closely with our Global Aerospace & Defence team and the local South Europe Market Unit to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience selling complex business software
  • Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with major clients
  • Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense or PA Industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Enterprise software sales experience preferably in a related industry
  • Engineering Degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
  • Experience within a military organization or defense ministry
