Part Time Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Office Manager to join our team in Paris. As a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the cryptocurrency industry, we need a skilled individual to manage our office operations and provide exceptional support to our Customer Success team.
- Office Operations
- Manage all office-related issues and be the first point of contact for employees.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Organize and maintain seating plans and desk arrangements.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and supplies.
- Broadcast pertinent information and updates via Slack to all employees.
- Manage communication with building managers.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership on-site visits.
- Manage office budgets and track all invoices.
- Oversee meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for meetings.
- Track access cards and grant access for visiting team members.
- Collect and track incoming mail and liaise with the building receptionist.
- Customer Success
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
