As a Corporate Event Facilitator at SAWOO GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our community members. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the logistics of our regularly scheduled meetups, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks with ease. Your expertise in upscale hospitality or gastronomy will serve as a strong foundation for this position. As a corporate event facilitator, you will interact confidently with international guests and executives, providing top-notch service that exceeds their expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-Event Preparation: You will be responsible for printing and preparing name tags, questionnaires, and other materials for the meetup host.
  • Meetup Execution: On the day of the event, you will warmly welcome guests, hand out name tags, and ensure that the service staff provides them with food and drinks or actively asks for their preferences.
  • Follow-Up: After the event, you will fill out a personal questionnaire to provide us with feedback and update the participant list with challenges mentioned during the introduction round.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with international guests and executives.
  • A native-level proficiency in English.
  • Proactive communication skills and attention to detail.
