Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled French Market Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the French market and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales network in the French market, aligned with our company's business strategy.
  • Provide sales support during key periods, such as trade shows and face-to-face meetings, and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key business executives.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed assessments of factors influencing sales.
  • Identify strong local partners to develop new retail and distribution channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both retail and distributors in the territory.
  • Attend and participate in major international trade fairs when needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management with consumer goods/toys experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive business effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
