Mission Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Integrity National Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the operational margin of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot and manage performance objectives and KPIs for programs and teams to ensure daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Lead the position of National Account Manager/Sales Manager, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or field management.
  • Strong understanding of the tripartite relationship (Client, Agency, Distribution) and sales & operational marketing techniques.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on remote and on-site team management.
  • Passionate about B2B sales and committed to delivering results-driven solutions.
